I had to pay $400 (not exaggerating) to rent a car and drive. Somehow your system bumped me from the flight and would not let your agent put me back on. That’s a whole new level of inefficient, @Delta.
Hey @delta - been a customer for 40 years but today you pulled off the dumbest bad customer experience yet! I was standing at the gate at DTW for flight 5510 to GRR. I had a boarding pass and there were seats available. But I couldn’t board and the flight left without me!
