This meme features 40s of a 5+ minute song I wrote in Ableton Live. The music originated from a project I tucked away due to frustration... but it finally took shape and evolved into something I couldn’t abandon.
As any musician knows, the goosebumps it gave me confirmed its worth. Even better, it seamlessly paired with the glitch-styled meme I’ve been refining for over the entirety of the last 6529 meme season.
Dream. Create. Seize.
The process unfolds in stages:
🧠 Dream. The mind brimming with ideas reflects the dream state. If you pay close enough attention, you'll see the word dream layered into the background of the intro.
💡Create. The journey ignites through a series of motion and ideas building to it's climax.
🔊 Seize. And finally the bass drops culminating in the seizing of the dream’s full potential and bringing the meme full circle.
While it's obvi not your traditional meme in the sense of graphic representation, the memetic ideas embedded in it define where I think a lot of us get to when digital art reaches peak euphoria. It's a great feeling and you don't want it to end. (With that in mind, you can most definitely leave this on a loop and enjoy it for extended time.)
If this resonates with you, your TDH votes in the 6529 ecosystem are happily accepted. (Link in the next post)
**Nothing against it, but there is no AI used in the creation of either the music or imagery.
