I may be wrong but the whole case up to now is his word against the accuser.

Justice in my opinion needs a higher burden of proof.

This is needed so conviction is beyond doubt.

Justice requires an unbiased jury entering the court without pre-existing opinions on the case.

The media makes this almost impossible.
