@AKepher@NIRA_Ug I didn't get any issue receiving mine. It took about 4 hours but worth the waiting because the queues were long and there was no skipping queues. Officers were strict -NIRA Wandegeya
@UCC_ED 1. You have MNOs, ISPs, NITOs, still failing to cover their licenced geographical coverage. Why can't they first exhaust coverage loopholes?
2. Why do they fear competition? Regulate the ecosystem while allowing innovation.
3. Does UCC ever investigate why users prefer hotspot?
@AllanSseky You straight display that you have no single idea about tele-data communications, discussing with you is a wastage of time. Concentrate on what you know.
@AllanSseky You don't understand why telecoms have failed to capture these so ordinary customers. Very many things, infrastructure.. exploitive bandwidth shaping, lack of visibility, etc...they will not benefit either
@Bbossa You drive to work every day, using roads with thousands of ISPs signages of internet advertisements? Have you seen one with a FUP pointed out? Why have you not asked ISPs to stop misusing UNLIMTED deceiption and you're now instead pushing to have ISPs power extended to LANs?
@Bbossa@jbahinyoza Do ISPs license allow them to interfere in LAN?Determining whether capacity procured by the hotel is capable of serving hotel requirements on voucher system is a role of Internal IT staff of the hotel not the ISP. Don't vest too much authority in the ISP to control people's LAN.
@UCC_ED@UCC_Official Says an ED of a regulator, together with NITA U and ministry of ICT failed to give public WiFi in 2016 after Government allocated funds!

@nwscug What service do you give to Kahunge Kamwenge District. Your water availability is 2%. Why don't we have water in Kihura, Kahunge TC Kamwenge District, for 4 straight days it's been dripping it's now off completely
@UG_confesses Your Telco or ISP must be this new French people. There's no technical reliability in your claims. Most ISPs have multiple seats cable through different sea directions to major service PoPs like Google, Amazon . If you'd talked of the South African route I would hope of issues
