@nilkamal_ltd Have shared my contact number would appreciate it a senior person who is capable of handling this case and taking action calls me. Have wasted enough of my time and energy over this. Am in no capacity to deal with someone who only apologises without any action

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@nilkamal_ltd horrid experience at your Andheri store. Dinesh and David have taken us for a ride. Biggest mistake to have purchased 2 mattresses from your store

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@EurekaForbes after a disappointing experience with installation of your Aquaguard, now it’s the robot service team who have not failed to disappoint us. Horrible after sales team! Shall strongly recommend all NOT to waste your time and money on any product of this company

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@EurekaForbes we leave our office for an installation from your end.. and your installation person says ‘you were continuously calling me I was in a meeting!!!’ Ya right, they are super busy to attend client calls who have to leave work for an installation at their mercy

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@EurekaForbes your executives have no training on how to talk to customers.

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@EurekaForbes Am only hearing sorry since yesterday. Saying someone will look into it but no one is

[The Kids Company® @Dhara_tkc]

@EurekaForbes pathetic service! I should have listened to all my frds and gone to your competitor. Helpline is of no use. Installation of machine had to happen yesterday at 9 am it’s 1:00 pm now and no one has bothered to get back. I’m cutting my losses and throwing your machine.
