@DTDCIndia , the consignment that I sent with tracking number B74626068 from Bangalore to Jamnagar, came damaged, damaging the cloth inside. Mostly likely an acidic liquid fell on it while in your possession. Web, App or call center did not give any response. Attached are images

@bryanrbeal Agree and India is a good place. Already giants such as Amazon, Apple etc are doing substantial investment in India. Ease of doing business has improved in India and infrastructure is already getting better and better , plus lot of talent and technology.
