Here in India we met a Buddhist nun, Mae Chee Pon. She is the owner of a noodle shop near our school and she looked after Reamonn Gormley like a son when he was with the Thai Tims.
We've yet to meet anyone with Down syndrome on our travels in India. The locals show Berni lots of compassion and the tourist sites let him in for free.

We met Phra Lewis @Dharmocracy, a monk for 21 years from Glasgow, who does charity work for poor kids in Bodh Gaya. He visited the Thai Tims over a decade ago when he was based in Thailand.

@tamaranorbust@MrChrisEllis If the non profit is run as not for loss then it is sustainable. Our model is to work for the income not continually ask for donations (though those are welcome). We want members to donate time. skills etc and membership is dependent upon fulfilling that commitment.
