लगभग दो साल से जेल में बंद हैं प्रभु। कई केसों में जमानत मिल चुकी है, फिर भी रिहाई नहीं। माँ की मृत्यु के बाद सिर्फ 5 घंटे की पैरोल दी गई… अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल होने के लिए।
एक माँ मर गई, बेटा जेल में रहा। एक हिंदू साधु का अपमान और एक माँ की पीड़ा — यही आज बांग्लादेश की सच्चाई है।
कहाँ है इंसानियत? कहाँ है न्याय?

A dying mother’s final wish was simply to see her son one last time. Chinmoy Krishna Das was denied even that, and was granted only five hours of parole after her death to perform her last rites.

This revered Hindu monk has spent years in jail for speaking up for the rights of Hindus in Bangladesh. A man who never harmed a living being has falsely been framed in a lawyer’s murder case and locked away without justice. He remains behind bars to this day.

Those responsible for keeping him behind bars and denying him basic human compassion must be held accountable. The facsist Yunus administration and the current BNP government cannot evade responsibility for the consequences of the injustice inflicted on Chinmoy and his family.
