The box in which it came was already torn apart, and also Stains on shoes.

Highly disappointed with @RockWithboAt customer service support.
I had ordered BoAt Rockerz 235 pro, in few months the sound became low in one earpiece, so I raised a warranty claim. The guy picked up the product and left. (No damage to product from my side)

@RockWithboAt When I spoke to their customer service, no resolution provided, instead I got the answer stating there is nobody to escalate this concern and your damaged product will be shipped to you.
