As we close one school year and begin planning for 2026-2027, many districts are already thinking about how they’ll set the tone for the year ahead.
Do you have your opening day keynote speaker? Are you looking to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and reignite the passion that brought people into education in the first place?
I partner with school districts to help educators see the impact they have, recognize the greatness in those around them, and lead with greater purpose, clarity, and intention.
My keynotes and leadership experiences blend practical ideas, meaningful reflection, humor, and inspiration that people can put into action immediately. The goal isn’t just a great day. It’s creating momentum that lasts long after the event ends.
As an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Innovator, author, speaker, and Director of Innovation & Instruction, I’ve had the privilege of working with educators across the country who are committed to building schools where both students and adults thrive.
If you’re planning for 2026-2027, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect and learn about your goals.

Look what arrived this week!
I’m so excited to finally have The Drip Effect: Breaking Free From Hustle Culture in my hands by Jimmy Casas and Jessica Cabeen.
This book speaks directly to leaders, educators, and organizations that are overwhelmed by constant pressure, nonstop demands, and the feeling that doing more is the only answer. Jimmy and Jessica remind us that meaningful leadership is not found in frenzy. It is found in intentionality, consistency, reflection, and purpose.
I was incredibly honored to have this endorsement included in the book:
“This book will challenge you in the best possible way. Every leader I know is tired. Every leader I know is carrying more than they were built to hold. This book does not ask you to carry more. It teaches you to set things down with intention so you can pick up what actually matters.”
That really is the heart of this book.
The Drip Effect is practical, thoughtful, timely, and deeply needed right now. Order a copy for yourself and for your colleagues. This is the book you need now.
Read it slowly.
That is the whole point.

If you know me, you know what I love most about @waygroundai is the accommodations and the way we support the students who need it most 🩷
I want to share a clip from my conversation with @Teachn_Kids because she is talking about the newest update to our accommodations 😀
You can now have one single person, whether that's a special ed teacher, case manager, or instructional coach, put in all the accommodations a student needs based on their IEP. Then whenever that student does a Wayground activity in any class, they will automatically get those accommodations. No work for the teacher or student. Love that we built this!
