I paid for front and rear bumper paint, but the paint job has no finishing. Patches are visible in both bumpers and paint dried droplets can be easily seen.

In short, I have been cheated with money as well as peace of mind.

They claimed that the Clutch plates are changed but the car is having more issues with clutch after service.
Fly wheel face was a service a paid for, but nothing was done.

The workshop was recently setup & it doesn't have even a basic hydraulic Lift. #gomechanicindia

the story doesn't end here. When I gave the car for service, there was no issue in AC & neither any problem was diagnosed at the time when estimates were being created. but when I got the car after service, it's AC was making a lot of noise & it wasn't cooling.

I escalated the issue with your team and then rather than taking any responsibility, they asked me to change the entire AC system with a whopping estimate of 35000 Rupees.

The wheel alignment was charged but wasn't done at all.

This has been worst experience of my life. I went for a simple service and your team kept on adding more and more tasks to inflate the bill. I ended up paying 36500 rupees.

@saggy4u @hotelscomhelp @hotelscomhelp This is really unprofessional and unethical to sell a service without a customer support. As you are an aggregator in hospitality sector, it’s important to Atleast keep your customer service numbers available so that a guest isn’t suffering while in need.
