@MrJKrebs1 Completely- The Difference are great and I’m sure many schools are working on it but it would take total buy in from governors and SLT for it to become anywhere close to what is being offered in this complete hybrid school approach. Exciting to think about though.

@MrJKrebs1 It absolutely could be done in house but it would require a huge shift in whole school culture and understanding, top down, for it to be done effectively and not as a bolt on. With current pressures I don’t think schools could actually get it right. 🤷🏻‍♀️
