Help us DEMAND basic safety for pedestrians and pickets outside of Universal!

[Calvin Wong @calwong]

13 years. 5 different job titles. 5 different shows. 1 pilot…. SO MANY FRIENDS!! felt so much FOMO that i couldnt be there for this amazing photo!!

[marie @PuccaNoodles]

On July 18, 2023, the Cartoon Network community of past/present employees came together to say goodbye to the building. The corner of Palm Ave and Third St will always hold a special place in our hearts. The old building may be shutting down, but our creative spirit lives on!

[Finnjamin Button@Looking for Work @Dhubetter]

LETSGOOOOOOO im so happy for my prod workers!!!

[The Animation Guild // #WeAre839 @animationguild]

Congrats to the WB and Cartoon Network production workers for filing an NLRB petition to unionize and demand voluntary recognition! Show your support to help them get the representation they deserve! #unionstrong #WeAre839 #ProductionStrong

[Alex Hirsch @_AlexHirsch]

Huh weird it’s almost like the studios should just pay their employees 🤷‍♂️

[marie @PuccaNoodles]

Thanks to those who came and participated 😊

[People's City Council - Los Angeles @PplsCityCouncil]

PACKED HOUSE at UPS “practice” strike this morning in Los Angeles:

340,000 UPS workers are preparing to walk off the job when their union contract officially expires July 31. This will be one of the largest labor actions in U.S. history.

[Spencer Rothbell @srothbell]

🥲 was like a weird class reunion / wedding haha

[Brian A. Miller @bfredmuggs]

I couldn’t be there today. But so nice see all the people that came out. It’s only a building. It’s the people that make it - and here they are! 😊

[Adam Conover @adamconover]

How can YOU, a non-union member, support the strike? Resources below!

[DDDDDAAAAAVVVVVEEEEE!!!!! @scrotumnose]

Today we said goodbye to the CN building! It was a beautiful moment in time, a living retrospective of the past eight years I have been in LA. It has been so fun and rewarding, and it was all these people here that made it that way. Huuuggee props to @PuccaNoodles for organizing!

[Sam Reich @samreich]

A thread about the strike and Dropout production: 👇✊

[Breana Navickas @breanimator]

Truly is a Labor movement happening in the US and it's beautiful and I love it

[The Animation Guild // #WeAre839 @animationguild]

TAG stands with @sagaftra! We support SAG and the WGA in their fight for a fair deal and will share more information with TAG members soon. #unionstrong

[ris🥀tomura i love you @amarisllis]

hey fandom, actors are probably going to cancel a lot of convention appearances over this. it's going to suck.

be upset, but place the blame on the studios where it belongs. strikes are supposed to be disruptive #SAGAFTRA #SAGstrike

[zeno robinson: christian miller S2 @childishgamzeno]

a strike is intended to be disruptive. it is not supposed to be convenient nor comfortable.

[DiscussingFilm @DiscussingFilm]

As SAG-AFTRA looks to begin their strike, it’s important to share these resources to help support those across the entertainment industry whilst they are on the picket lines!

Support WGA and SAG in their fight to achieve deals that satisfy all of their demands!
