The self hate is strong. It really does come down to living a life without hardship or struggle, shitty parents and teachers who shouldn’t be around “impressionable kids”. We all know, there is that rebelliousness that occurs as a teen and going into college. It goes with a form of superiority that can occur when hearing new things and thinking they are special. When you have weak parents, then the shitty teachers have an outsized effect
