Lots of people are like a hive mind, they refuse to think individually and understand the situation, they'll hop from one thing to another as you try to let them know that you're not hurting anything or anyone, but they know like they know like they know that AI is evil and so are you for looking at it.

Those real people who stuck with you, they know you, they know your character and know you aren't the type to randomly do horrible stuff, so they can ignore the propaganda about AI and know that you aren't that type of person and move on.

We're always dealing with this no matter what, those who are real people and the hive mind.

You probably haven't found your people yet.

I've been through a lot of this stuff over the years and I can tell you, most of the time you'll be alone, people will hang around you, not out of pity, but because they're lonely too at the moment.

But when it comes to having a feeling of belonging and connection, you need a long term relationship with people, you need to sink your roots into a group of people who think similarly in terms of loyalty.

The last part is the hardest part, but we're always trying to make connections with strangers who see no value in us other than helping end their boredom at that time, but family is supposed to have a deeper connection to us, spend time with the people who actually love and care about you to get that feeling of connection.

As for happiness itself, that doesn't come from fulfilling a want, you often need to learn to block the external sources of validation and find something in life you enjoy, taking care of animals, growing plants, making food, these tasks won't give you lots of validation from other people, but they feel nice doing, they're also offline, which being online can poison your mind into thinking it needs a constant stream of outside validation, those tasks are local, from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep, you can always feel good about those tasks.

Do your best, don't give up.
