British Gas...Really Don’t care!
A ‘bot’ booked appointment yesterday was changed via text to today!
Got the text from British Gas at 7.37am this morning saying my engineer would be here between 8am and 6pm...it’s now 6.25pm and the British Gas (Home)DontCare engineer is not here

British Gas - Homecare. Should be renamed don’t care. Should have visited between 12-6pm. Then told at 6.30pm we’d be visited between 6pm and 8pm. It’s now 8.45pm Wonder if they’re still on GMT?

British Gas! Poor customer service. Fail to make an appointment...fail to adequately resolve the issue. Make it out that they’re being helpful...but they’re not.? Senior management get it sorted

Scottish Power-joined 2 months ago. They emailed explaining they're reducing my payments using data from my Smart meter-problem?-we don't have a SMART meter. Days later they say payments are going up based on our data. 2hrs & 30 mins on the phone and they drop my call.

Now that goalkeepers are further restricted when facing a penalty, is it time to change the law? Suggestion...whoever is fouled takes the penalty or in the case of handball, the last player on the attacking team to touch the ball has to take it.

@tes Excellent idea. Its something that I have used in Financial Services training for years. Education shouldn't simply be a memory test which is out of date as soon as its been printed. Better to know where to look! Need to put a time limit and up the grade boundaries though

@virginmedia Really really poor service - both technical and especially customer service. Charged for service not requested, discussed or agreed. Broadband slow, in house WiFi even with booster very poor. 3 times agreed to a manger ringing back 3 times no call. Ofcom here we go
