Physical disc you still have all the old radio channels. Also you can trade a physical disc, becomes much harder on digital.

@Wario64 The real reason is cause they're cutting costs and making physical copies costs more money than just selling a digital copy for higher prices than their disc versions usually go for.
After all they're having a bad time with the games they produce.
