Avoid #TrustPremier #propertymanagement at any cost they started managing our block Oct 2021 they were aware of the several leaks I have from the roof but they have refused to do any emergency repairs compromising my health and safety living in hazards conditions

My property had damaged as result of the roof leaks .The building insurance will not pay for the repairs neither the freehold company. Although the MA informed me before the freehold Co will pay for the repairs . I am stuck !

@BBC_HaveYourSay I was forced to live in this appalling condition for nearly 3 years . I was bullied and intimidated by the freehold directors and the managing agent when ever I complained about the conditions I was living in.
