@DIRECTV Very upset with DirecTVnow. Only watch 1 show a week & last two shows I tried to watch were blacked out. Called, emailed, chatted; got no answers or fixes. Agent just kept repeating “we want to help” but gave no explanation. Website not working either. Ready to cancel.
