I’ll posit that because educators at this level have a specific skill, economics entitles them to certain things. If you don’t think that’s true, consider the barriers to finding a new college. It’s prohibitive.

The quality of an instructor is not directly proportional to their tolerance for administrative busy work. You’re not filtering out nearly as many bad CI’s as you are good CI’s who don’t have the time/tolerance for this.

If anybody is curious why it's a bit harder to find clinical placements, consider the fact that I just spent 1.5 hours on the phone over 2 days, 30 minutes taking a course on how to use the CPI that was already covered in the 2 day CI course just to begin my final CPI eval.
