@virginmedia It was advised I stop using so many wi-fi devices. At which point I stated its not the devices being used, but the areas in my house that have poor signal. Then I was rudely hung up on.

@virginmedia again, after speaking to your representative regarding the need for a further wireless mesh device, due to me having no signal in areas of my house, I have just had the phone hung up on me😡

@virginmedia I spoke to 6 different people, changed my scheduled install till the 18th, whilst trying to resupply my connection today, both times it hung up....I'm in need of interest and surely if your team had changed the date of the install then my current connection should have been kept
