@andyburnham By granting oil licenses?Why not issue govt green bonds & invest in predictable tidal energy which doesn't depend on anything as volatile as intll oil markets or geopolitics? You signed a FOSSIL FUEL TREATY... NOT an oil treaty with shell BP & Ithaca!
