@barrysvrluga DQ is a good man! He has a unique way of building relationships and connecting with players. Sometimes as a coach, like a parent, you need a bit of tough love. Not saying it doesn’t happen with DQ but it seems he’s too focused on being a player’s coach instead of a winning coach.
