In the CHP report they admit a witness fled WHILE the sheriff was on the scene. That means the Sheriff took no action to keep the witness at the scene. Why? It also seems a little too good to be true that the off duty Sheriff randomly drove by. Did Paul Pelosi call the Sheriff?

Paul Pelosi’s DUI must be re-examined. The off duty local sheriff was first on the scene claiming he randomly drove by but left because it wasn’t his jurisdiction. He admits there was a witness but the DA won’t let him say if the witness was Paul’s passenger. The witness fled.
