Nope. This is a lack of understanding of the issue on his part. The study he references only looked at microplastics (generally >1um in size). The vast majority of what is in water is NANOplastic particles between 50nm and 500nm. When you look for these size particles you find hundreds of thousands per liter in plastic.
@bryan_johnson simply hasn't read the literature and is wrong about this.
Glass is clearly better.
