Gratitude is the only thing that got me through my lowest lows. Recognising that it could always be worse.actively finding the silver lining. actively finding the beauty within it. Actively finding the lesson to be learned. It’s perception.
Trading is a very long term stressful game. So if ur planning on doing this for a long time, pace yourself. We carry our stress with us as it accumulates and at some point our mind, body, and spirit will push back.
We need to be a better stress manager than a risk manager.
Your mindset is everything when it comes to trading.
What’s the point of a game-plan if you can’t follow it ? What’s the point of having an edge if you can’t execute ?
Discipline is the only thing which will make you stand out from the rest.
So no matter what you do, have strict routine what you are gonna do whole day.
Even after trading since 4 to 5 years i am still learning & making mistakes all the time…this will keep going on…hopefully the learnings will keep getting more meaningful & mistakes less costly.
Don’t beat yourself up.
Everyday is a new opportunity to restart.
If hardwork was enough, hard-working traders would all be wealthy.
Success in trading comes down to :
• Having clear goals.
• Understanding what you want.
• Working towards them with discipline & consistency.
• Train your mind when things don’t go your way.
• Think ahead.

1. S&P 500 lost $600 billion in 2 hours
2. Crypto markets down $40 billion today
3. Four biggest US banks down $50 billion today
4. Bond markets trading like meme stocks
All the buyers are gone as inflation is here to stay.
Each trader has their own journey. Take it slow and steady. Don’t compare yourself to others & avoid a lot of noise.
Make yourself better , work on your emotional intelligence to become a consistently profitable trader.
