Another travel day another disappointing experience with @united paid & booked economy plus seats. Seats changed without notification. Inquired at the gate. Plane was swapped and no explanation why we were pushed to the last row. Airlines need more oversight

For further context my fall flights with @united were delayed bc of mechanical errors.I had to move from 1st to economy the next flight. No refund for fare difference unless I place a claim &follow up to get a refund. But they caused the delay (not weather) & changed the class
