DigiPower X has reported its Q2 2026 results, marking an important quarter in our continued transformation into a leading AI infrastructure company.

We generated our first AI compute revenue, with approximately $1.1 million from just five weeks of GPU bare-metal operations, while delivering approximately $6.6 million in total Q2 revenue and $3.3 million in Adjusted EBITDA.

Today, we have approximately $1.1 billion in contracted AI data center future revenue, with an expansion option that could increase the total potential contract value to approximately $2.5 billion.

With approximately $150 million in cash as of August 14, no debt, and a growing portfolio of AI infrastructure and power assets, our focus remains clear: execute.

Deliver Alabama. Scale NeoCloudz. Expand our power-secured AI infrastructure platform.

Looking ahead, we are targeting an annualized revenue run-rate of approximately $250–$300 million by Q3 2027.
