أنا لا أنتقد المرسوم السلطاني، فالأوامر السامية تُبنى على اعتبارات واسعة لا يحيط بها الجميع. لكن من حقي أن أناقش وأرد على وجهات النظر المؤيدة للقانون، لأن أي قانون يُطبق على المجتمع يجب أن يكون محلاً للنقاش والتفكير من زوايا مختلفة.

اختلافي ليس مع المرسوم، بل مع بعض التبريرات المطروحة التي ترى أن سحب الجنسية هو الحل الأمثل، بينما أرى أن العقوبات يجب أن تبقى في إطار العدالة دون المساس بحق المواطنة. الحوار حول القوانين جزء من تطور أي مجتمع، والاختلاف لا يعني الاعتراض، بل إثراء للنقاش بما يخدم الوطن والعدالة معًا.
