@HMRCcustomers I have been on hold 3 times now for over 40 mins over the last 3 weeks and been cut off each time before speaking to and advisor. I have exhausted all online options and need to speak to someone. What am I supposed to do?
@Tesco My wife was treated very poorly by rude staff last week (Aylesbury Tring rd) whilst trying to access a 2 seater toddler & baby trolley. We tried to fill out the survey but mobile site was down, then after 15 mins on the desktop site it crashed, losing all our feedback!!
@Tesco My wife,1 year old and 3 year old just had a shocking experience in store - tried to take the mobile survey but the site was down, then spent 15 mins filling out on home PC...only to find it crashed and we lost all our text and answers - so bad from end to end! #furious
@ASOS_HeretoHelp my wife has been charged for an order that didnt go through and is now speaking to the 4th person who is not reading the email thread. Can a human please just take ownership and respond?
@yourgolftravel enquired online, and called twice, both times told someone would 'definitely' call me back 'today' (yesterday). Emailed again, no response. In this day and age I thought a travel company would be dying to take my money!?
@TheGroveHotel Hello @TheGroveHotel - a group of us attended this and had a few issues unfortunately, we raised them on the day and then emailed info@ twice but have not heard a response :-(
