Jesper Wallstedt said he realized how special the moment was when, after Boldy scored the fourth goal, he looked behind the net through the glass and saw a fan crying. "Everyone was just so happy. The building was so loud that my ears started hurting. It was amazing. I’m so happy for our fan base."
@retailtrader100@MikeMcMahonCHN@chnews 7 players gone. Clark (34.7), Gruba (28.1), and Pahlsson (23.6) were the big ones. CHIP is kind of a catch all stat that factors a player’s regular stats, time on ice, shot location data, and strength of schedule.
@OCLion @BadgerVideo7 This is such an L take. The refs refused to call OBVIOUS penalties on Denver all game and then call Wisconsin on this ticky tacky crap.
As the #GoBolts host the Minnesota Wild tonight, the @TBLightning are leaving a press box seat open in honor of Jessi Pierce, the very talented MN Wild writer for @NHLdotcom who recently passed away unexpectedly.
Thinking of all those impacted by this tragic loss.
Family isn’t always blood, but the people you choose and that couldn’t have been more true. Jessi was like another big sister to me. She had a confidence and a way of being able to talk to anyone that I envied. She had an unmatched work ethic and a huge heart. Any time I needed help, needed to rant, or needed someone she was there without hesitation. Most importantly, she was the best mom and loved her kids and family fiercely.
She brought me into her world and introduced me to her family and friends and I’m so grateful she did. Hudson, Cayden and Avery were the best kids and I’m so grateful she let me be part of their lives. The visits on game days, being able to come to their house and hang out with the family are memories I cherish.
There’s not enough pictures, videos, memories I can share in one post. There’s so much more I want to say that I can’t find the words for yet. I hope you know how loved you are and could see the outpouring of love for you and your family from the hockey community today. I hope you know how much I love you and how missed you will be. Thank you for everything.
Please keep Mike, the family, and everyone who loved Jessi in your prayers.
