@skytv Have restarted many times - & odd the customer service team don’t even seem to know about the outrage. what is being done to resolve this & compensate ???
Why is @ubereats_uk@UberEats customer service so so bad? Your food arrives late, cold and to top it off smashed in the bag and you just get autoresponses from humans who don’t read your messages. They’ll find any way to avoid actually addressing the issue #poorcustomerservice

I had to place another order to speak to someone who promised a resolution via message &then again taken down a rabbit hole with more auto responses! Abuse, £100 stolen, no food delivered, dinner party ruined &no resolution. @UberEats@ubereats_uk do better! Switch to @Deliveroo?
