@Patrick10599096 @Roxytonin Yes. Can spend a week before preparing to clear the decks (often unsuccessfully) and a week after catching up. If scheduled for inpatient cover either side of leave all the more tricky. Not sure I've had true uninterrupted, unencumbered leave since a trainee.
