Just installed jio set top box and not getting proper service, in a week it is stopped working.

It is clearly shown that I got the Hotstar subscription with this Jio mobile recharge pack. But why I can't see the subscription active with same number. Jio hotstar team is saying to connect with Jio telecom and Jio telecom is saying to connect to hotstar. #jio pathetic service

A recharge was done which has Hotstar in plan for 90 days with 899/-- for 90 days mobile recharge. Now either of hotstar or jio taking responsibility for not active subscription on #hotstar.
