You shouldn’t feel bad for them. Many of these individuals come from India, from an environment where cheating, scams, and fraud are commonplace, so they're not dumb and naive. The real story is they were desperate to leave India and saw diploma mills as the fastest ticket out. They took that risk knowingly. They knew exactly what they were getting into.

Now, they’re playing on Canadians’ sympathy while insulting white folks (!!) because on the latter they know playing the race card gets you ahead in Canada, and on the former, they know Canadians especially most white folks are bleeding heart liberals and are fairly dumb and easy to manipulate when it comes to these things.
