A suggestion: if returns and pickups are difficult to manage, then clearly describe products in detail and simply write: "No return policy — buy and forget it."

Pickup moved from 11 May, 14 May, 18 May and even on 17 May no pickup partner assigned yet. Interesting how a product can find my address in fast, but the same address becomes impossible to locate for a return. Refund comes after return 1st someone has to actually pick it up.
