This has just popped up on my timeline. I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad in 2022. I was heartbroken and grief hit me wave after wave often without any warning. Triggers were all over the place! But it does get easier. I will always miss him and wish he was here, but I know he’d want me to be happy and to enjoy my life. We never really get over the loss of a parent, we just learn to live without them xx
