@DirectLine are refusing to refund me my monthly payment after I cancelled the policy. I cancelled the policy before they took payment, they still took it and are refusing to refund me. Do not trust them….they have literally stolen my money…..

Ridiculous service yesterday on the Euston to Glasgow 3.30 service.

A 2 hour delay so the journey took 6 hours, water leaking throughout the train air conditioning turned off on the
hottest day of the year.

I am seeking proper compensation for this.
