@AxisBankSupport This is height of lethargic service. I have done those steps shared in videos and provided screenshot of error also. Did you even look at those??? I was told upi is not linked with mobile in your system, that needs to be fixed. Pls look into that rather than copy pasting answers.

@AxisBankSupport spend 1+ hr being connected to multiple support departments finally to be told to visit branch for a simple UPI issue, that popped up post citi to axis migration. I hadn't had to step inside a citibank branch in my decade plus association!!!!
