This "U" turn in Maneera pipeline road causing traffic slowdown and causing traffic congestion. Please either close it or move it ahead. Also pls remove that speedbreaker.

@CommissionrGHMC @GHMCOnline this is not just a problem in this colony but the entire Hyd. Most residents encroached foot paths. Most of them do not have car parking and they occupy roads.
