@Rell_Extra_Live@OfZion1@Black_Action You can see a good amount of them coming by just simply being aware of your surroundings, reading people’s expressions and body language. And you can’t completely ovoid gangs, they are branching out taking new territories all the time, I know, I live in a city with over 20 of em.
@lltweakthenll@NFLOLDMANN@marylbracey Not self defense if he used lethal force agains non lethal force. Even in a stand your ground state you have to go off of the proportionality rules.
@Rell_Extra_Live@OfZion1@Black_Action Not all of them. Some yes, but not all. With using the mass shooting thing tho most mass shootings in the US (about 80-90%) are gang related, and most of the people in gangs take photos like the ones Karmelo took. (To be clear I’m not saying he’s in a gang just saying in general)
@grumpygrl99@OfZion1@Black_Action I think you missed everything I said. I didn’t mention color at all, that has nothing to do with it. It’s the lack of responsibility, the disregard of rules, the lifestyle and things like that.
@AndyBar85112836@ForgiatoBlow47 Uh yea… you can’t bring a 5in knife on school property in Texas, and you can not use lethal force against non lethal force, even in a stand your ground state because of the legal principle of proportionality. Please educate yourself and use logic instead of emotion.
@AntiLeftMemes Hell yea. But aye, swap the mustard for some mayo and put an egg and cheese on it and that is a fire breakfast sandwich. Gotta work with what you got but you can also make it enjoyable if you know how.
@OfZion1@SouthlakeIndep1@Black_Action Definitely not. I don’t agree with going based off skin color. I go by demeanor, treatment of others, beliefs, values (moral mostly), and common sense… which unfortunately isn’t that common these days lol.
@SouthlakeIndep1@Black_Action don’t point the weapon at anything you are not willing to destroy” is being violated in the top photo (phone/camera, hopefully not someone near or past the phone/camera, wall/house) and “keep you’re finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire” on the bottom or both photos
@OfZion1@Black_Action Ones theme seems to be LARPing the others theme is of the typical gang and or thug lifestyle. That and the outright disregard of several of the 4 basics rules of gun safety indicating that he is lacking in responsibility and discipline.
@SheldonMosvlus@Clock_Hypocrisy@iAnonPatriot Oh I understand how it works. Understand there is also the legal principle of proportionality that still dictates how you can respond. Basically use nonlethal force agains nonlethal force unless you feel imminent fear of your life. A push is not putting your life in danger.
@NFLOLDMANN@marylbracey When did I say it was illegal to be in the tent? I said it was illegal to have a knife on school property…??? As for the tent thing, you brought up leaving others alone. So why didn’t he since he was asked to leave the tent he wasn’t supposed to be in? Don’t dodge the questions.
@NFLOLDMANN@marylbracey Ok so if it’s about leaving others alone, why was Karmelo in a tent he wasn’t suppose to be in? And why didn’t he leave them alone after he was asked to leave 15 times? And speaking of acting tough, why did he have a 5in knife when it’s illegal to have one on school property?
@Clock_Hypocrisy@iAnonPatriot Lethal force can not be used against non lethal force/threats (pushing or words)… it is an unjustifiable act of violence. Stop being so sensitive and trying to let people get away with actual murder.
@Dcent247@OleMurica Under Texas state law, it is illegal to bring a 5-inch knife onto school premises or any property where a school-sponsored activity is taking place. Also, lethal force can not be used against non lethal force (pushing) it is an unjustifiable act of violence.
@biggestorca@AggiesWon He was in a tent he wasn’t supposed to be in and was asked to leave 15 times… not to mention bringing a knife to school in Texas is a possible 3rd degree felony and against school policy… and using lethal force on a non lethal threat (pushing) is an unjustified act of violence.
@UgliWorld That’s not getting anywhere then. That’s just shutting out and closing off communication to see and understand different peoples views and sides.
@SouthlakeIndep1@Black_Action Those 4 rules being 1 “keep you finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire” 2 “don’t point the weapon at anything you are not willing to destroy” 3 “know your target and what’s behind it” and 4 “treat every weapon as if it was loaded”.
@SouthlakeIndep1@Black_Action Well one being the themes of the photos, the themes of the photos that Karmelo took are typically used in gang or the typical “thug life” type of lifestyles, and the other photos seems to be more of LARPing. And the blatant ignoring of several of the 4 basic rules of gun safety.
