My seller details are fully up to date and accepted.
What's going on, it's been way longer than the 17 "working" days that payment should be processed.

@basewfp I accidentally ordered from Drumcondra on the app which is closed, how can I cancel the order? The app doesn't appear to let me do this? Money has been taken from my account for this so want it sorted as soon as possible?
Ordered from @Deliveroo_IE at 12. At 1 I contacted support to ask what was going on as the food was now very late and dealt with a fairly rude agent. Food has now arrived cold, nearly 2 hours after ordering and no agent will respond to my requests.
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo_IE As you can see your "customer care" team were no help. A frankly insulting interaction with them, per my second tweet. I'm going to be cancelling my account.

@Currys_irl you've taken .y payment for a product but it isn't listed in my orders on the website. No real people on your phone number and can't be found on your tracking site. Pretty bad service all round. Where can I get confirmation my order is actually coming?
@dublinbusnews Yes DB83 did show up at 8:46(and I got on it) but the bus scheduled 10mins before it never showed up. Likewise with the DB16 you mentioned so why not tell me about those. I should already be sat in work now not just after getting on a bus.
@dublinbusnews why is your app creating so many phantom busses? I've had several in the past week just not show up. Today the 16 scheduled for 8:18 at stop 1340 never showed up and the next one never stopped. Service is shocking.
