Yep, called that. The @SECGov had kicked the can down the road on the #Bitcoin spot ETFs from Valkyrie, Invesco, and WisdomTree.

My stance hasn't changed. I think that the SEC will use the full time allotted to announce their decisions. If they use up all of the time allowed, that would mean ruling on the applications in Q1 2024.

The SEC is still slated to address the apps from BlackRock, Fidelity, Bitwise, and VanEck by the end of this week.

Since all of the applications are essentially the same, I find it unlikely that a decision will be made in those either.

Either way, the fifth largest holder of Bitcoin was either the owner of Wagner PMC or it is the FBI. Neither prospect gives me great comfort.

Anyway, it's an interesting thread to follow.
