It's so sad to see Rhodes on fire for the 6th day in a row. Despite advertising Greece's technological revolution the country still suffers from the lack of high quality infrastructure and crisis management..

How can an ambitious pilot project turned into a disaster?
Athens Great Walk, still unfinished after almost 3 years while 3 mil. euros have already been spent.
I guess we get the politicians we deserve..

Another warm afternoon in Athens despite it's mid December. No wonder why the city becomes a destination. However, I really doubt how this city would survive over tourism, lack of green areas, efficient transport systems and public spaces.

Drone footage from Athens after cold front Elpis brought significant snowfall across the country. Traffic disruptions and numerous accidents prove the lack of infrastructure for extreme weather conditions.

I feel the 15-minute is becoming the new #smartcity. Are we facing a new perversion of the concept?

[Jose A. Gras 🔻 @josegras_urb]

In 2020, in the midst of a #pandemic, we were not able to manufacture our own masks. In 2021 a ship stuck in Egypt has almost blocked world trade. Are not enough reasons to rethink the production and consumption system?
