President @ZelenskyyUa: Our long-range sanctions carried out by the warriors of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine have yielded good results. Important facilities on Russian territory were hit last night.

Among them was the Petersburg Oil Terminal. The distance from Ukraine’s state border to this facility of Russia’s oil industry, which serves the war, is about 1,100 kilometers. Purely military targets at the Kronstadt base were also hit.

Another target was an enterprise in the Tambov region involved in the production of Russian weapons. The distance from the frontline is almost 600 kilometers.

I thank our warriors for their precision. Ukraine’s plan for long-range sanctions is being implemented exactly as needed to bring peace closer. Glory to Ukraine!

This time, Ukrainian long-range sanctions reached the Moscow region, and we are clearly telling the Russians: their state must end its war. Прокуратурата днес затвърди образа си на основен вредител срещу правовата държава.

Публикува документи, уж в своя защита срещу твърденията на Теодора Георгиева, с които, обаче, се самоуличи в това, в което винаги е била обвинявана: че държи дела на трупчета с цел натиск.

Прокуратурата казва, че през март има образувано досъдебно производство. Има трима свидетели, които казват, че Георгиева е получавала пари от Петьо - еврото. Само че Георгиева н�� е привлечена като обвиняем. А от написаното днес става ясно, че прокуратурата смята, че има "достатъчно доказателства за виновността" на Георгиева (чл. 219, ал. 1 НПК).

Т.е. прокуратурата образува досъдебно производство и "държи на трупчета" скрития обвиняем. Вероятно с цел изнудване. Вероярно с цел скритият обвиняем Георгиева "да извърши или да пропусне нещо по служба" (цитирам НК, защото замесените прокурори, в т.ч. псевдо-главният, вероятно също извършват престъпление).

Прокуратурата твърди и друго. Че престъплението (получаване на подкуп от Петьо еврото) е продължило до март 2025 г. Само че Петьо еврото изчезва през май 2023 г. Но тези подробности ще трябва прокуратурата да ги изясни в обвинителния акт, ако изобщо някога внесе такъв.

Дали Георгиева е виновна, и дали пък и Петьо еврото също не е виновен, ще разберем накой ден от съда.

Но сега прокуратурата за пореден път доказва, че е негодна да пази законността. А въобразилият си, че е главен прокурор, е нелегитимен и от законова, и от морална гледна точка. #Оставка
