@Mordotzz Ive always had a complicated relationship with food. Initially i didnt... My PT however refused to train me unless i had eaten prior. That gave me a good reason to eat. I eat smaller meals but as i dont calorie count religiously i dont know lol.

Started my «weightloss journey» last fall. I won’t say i was super heavy but i was the heaviest i had ever been. Im down 18kgs and feeling 🔥. Also who would have thought i would end up enjoying and feeling empowered by lifting 💪🏼. Yay me.
@Mordotzz Yeah well. Was depressed, covid didnt help. I say my lifestyle change certainly helped me graduate with the highest grade, as i have so much more energy and focus now. Was a good time to do it 💪🏼 and just before my 30th birthday next week ☺️
@Mordotzz Had a PT for a while. Gym 5x a week. Food i didnt specifically calorie count but just estimated. I don’t limit myself from stuff i wanted, all within reason cus if i do then i’ll binge.. 10k steps a day etc. the classic 😅
Still have some to lose, then bulk ☺️
