Strangely the Sherry is a little more dominant at the night strength. I found that before with Pot Stills.

Palate: Toasted Almonds, Vanilla and Pencil Shavings, Gingernut Biscuits, Cookie Dough and Orange Peel. Those Rhubarb and Custard sweets have made a return.

Palate:
Cedar & pencil shavings, almost like sawdust. There's distinct citrus, vanilla and strawberry compote.

A touch of kiwi and a hint of rhubarb with roasted pine nuts and un-popped popcorn kernels!
