This Single Malt Single Cask has been matured exclusively in a Bourbon cask, carefully hand-selected by our Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley. The cask has spent the past twelve years quietly maturing in our warehouse before being bottled exclusively by hand at Dingle Distillery.
