My journal showed 80% of my losses came from 2 things:
1. Trading against the higher timeframe bias
2. Entering before the 10AM candle confirmed direction
Everything else was noise.
Those 2 leaks were the whole problem.
I stopped doing those 2 things and my results changed in weeks, not months.
Structure shift + displacement + FVG at a key level = trade.
If any of the 3 is missing, I wait.
Structure shift without displacement = consolidation, not a reversal.
Displacement without a key level = no reason for price to hold.
All 3 present = I take it every time.
I have one rule after a loss:
no second trade in the same session.
London loss = no New York.
No exceptions.
The second trade after a loss is almost always revenge.
You tell yourself it's a setup.
It's not.
I've traded ICT for 5 years.
Watched all 41 episodes of the 2022 Mentorship while blowing 200+ challenges
I condensed everything into one document.
✅ 2022 Model
✅ FVGs & Order Blocks
✅ AMD & Power of 3
✅ SMT Divergence
✅ Daily Bias framework
✅ Kill zones & more
All 41 episodes. One document. Free.

I watched all 41 episodes of the 2022 ICT mentorship.
Took notes on every single one while I was still blowing accounts.
Those notes became the ICT 2022 Mentorship BLUEPRINT that finally made it click.
Not because the notes were magic.
Because writing them down forced me to actually understand what I was watching instead of just consuming.
My entry model is a sister model of this 2022 Model.
Every winning trade I take has the same 4 things (Core 4):
1. Liquidity sweep at a key level
2. Market structure shift with displacement
3. That displacement leaving FVGs I can enter from
4. A clear target giving me at least 1:2
If one is missing I don't take the trade.
Write your own 4 and backtest them for 50 trades.
That's your model.
One asset.
One session.
One model.
I trade NQ at the New York open.
That's it.
When I tried 4 pairs across 3 sessions my results got worse, not better.
More screen time ≠ more money.
More focus = more money.
I watch the first 30 minutes of every NY session.
9:30 to 10:00 EST. No trades.
That window is manipulation.
Liquidity gets swept on both sides.
The real move prints after 10.
If you're entering at 9:35, you're the liquidity.
Draw on liquidity in 3 steps:
1. Find the nearest untouched high above and low below
2. Check if the daily candle body points toward the high or the low
3. Look for unmitigated FVGs price still needs to fill on the way
The direction with more liquidity + unfilled gaps = the draw.
If both sides look equal, no trade. Simple.
5 years of trading.
Over $60,000 in losses.
Hundreds of blown challenges.
3 jobs at the same time to pay back a loan I took to keep trading.
And I'd do it all again.
Because the version of me that came out the other side is someone the old me wouldn't recognize.
The daily candle tells you everything before the session starts.
Big body, small wicks = the market has intent.
Trade that direction.
Small body, big wicks = indecision.
Sit out or trade small.
I check this one candle every morning before I do anything else.

↓ This advice will change how you manage your trades:
My mentor gave me a simple rule:
Set your stop loss.
Set your take profit.
Do NOTHING else.
No taking partials. No moving your stop to break even. Don’t touch it.
Why? Because micromanaging a trade gives you a false sense of control. You see paper profits and the fear of losing them makes you close early.
You have to let your plan play out. Let the trade hit your original TP or SL. This is how you remove emotion and build real discipline.
