Reimbursement Claim No. 96904521 is endlessly stuck on “Under Review”.
Such delays force customers to question the reliability and efficiency of the service.
Please resolve this urgently.

Very disappointed with Care Health Insurance. Last year my claim was also denied/closed without a valid reason, and now again my current claim (No. 96904521) is stuck for a long time even after submitting all hospital documents.

My sister’s #Ather450X (purchased Sep 2024, 8700 km) had a sudden drive belt break on 02/10/25 at Fursungi, Pune. The belt fell in dirty rainwater, impossible to retrieve. Hadapsar service centre denies warranty without belt. Request @atherenergy to approve warranty fairly.

Hi @atherenergy,
At Hadapsar Pune Service Centre,I was charged ₹600 labour for primary belt replacement and ₹600 again for secondary belt replacement.But to replace the primary belt, the secondary belt anyway has to be removed. Why are customers charged twice for the same work?

मेरे ather scooter के suspension से बहुत आवाज आता हे... service centre मे दिखाने के बाद भी मेरे स्कू���र का प्रो्लेम slow नही किया...मेरी ather scooter warranty मे हे फिर भी suspension replacement करके नही देते...
